After 16 years working across all facets of the real estate industry, John Crane is a man with a unique vision and the experience to fulfill this vision.

He formed Cranecorp in 2003 and is the sole director. Since its foundation Cranecorp has been responsible for developing and investing in a number of commercial, retail, residential and industrial projects.

Prior to creating Cranecorp, John was one of the founders and directors of red.c, a state-based property development company with projects under construction totalling over $250 million.

Before the establishment of red.c John directed JD Crane Consulting, a firm offering property marketing and development management services. JD Crane Consulting specialised in town planning, feasibility preparation, marketing advice and finance packaging.

John has also held positions at some of Melbourne's leading real estate groups, including Colliers International and Hocking Stuart, where he gained extensive experience in the areas of land subdivision, residential, industrial, commercial and retail property sales, leasing and marketing solutions.
