Kevin has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1984 and is a Licensed Estate Agent with over 20 years extensive post qualification experience. Kevin has a proven track record of success and knowledge in all facets of commercial real estate work including portfolio investment management, leasing, sales and consulting on a broad range of commercial, retail and industrial properties.

Kevin joined the Corporate Services Tenant Advisory team at Colliers International in 2006 bringing with him a wealth of commercial leasing experience and intimate knowledge of the office leasing market. As a well known and respected operator within the Commercial Property Industry, Kevin is well placed to provide excellent service in his role to both existing and new clients.

Kevin has been involved in leasing some of Melbourne's best known buildings including Landmarks such as Rialto Towers, The new Ernst & Young tower at 8 Exhibition Street, 90 Collins Street, 271 Collins Street, 500 Collins Street and 628 Bourke Street. Major clients have included St Martin's, Grollo Group, Cbus Property, ING, Cape Bouvard and Macquarie Bank. Kevin has concluded many transactions with major companies including UBS, Myer Family, Bell Potter Securities, Maunsell, Qantas, St George Bank, Commonwealth Bank and Telstra to name a few.

Immediately prior to joining Colliers International, Kevin had established a substantial presence in the St Kilda Road/South Melbourne office precinct working with boutique agency Lemon Baxter for five years. Kevin also has previous experience working in the CBD for approximately 9 years with Jones Lang LaSalle and Chesterton International.
