Kevin has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1984 and joined Colliers International Commercial Leasing department in July 2002. He is currently responsible for the leasing of major CBD properties.

Kevin is a Licensed Estate Agent with 19 years post qualification experience in commercial real estate work. Kevin has a proven track record of success and knowledge in all facets of commercial real estate work including portfolio investment management, leasing, sales and consulting on a broad range of commercial, retail and industrial properties. Recent major clients include St Martins, Grollo Group, Cbus Property, ING, Cape Bouvard and Macquarie Bank.

Kevin has been involved in leasing some of Melbourne’s well known buildings including Rialto Towers, 90 Collins Street, 271 Collins Street, 500 Collins Street, 628 Bourke Street and more recently the recently completed Ernst & Young building at 8 Exhibition Street. Kevin has concluded many transactions with major companies including UBS, Myer Family, Bell Potter Securities, Maunsell, Qantas, Commonwealth Bank and Telstra to name a few.

Immediately prior to joining Colliers International, Kevin had established a substantial presence in the St Kilda Road/South Melbourne office precinct working with boutique agency Lemon Baxter for five years. Kevin also has previous experience working in the CBD for approximately 9 years with Jones Lang LaSalle and Chesterton International.
